Loyal Listeners of Radio 1398-V6AX, WELCOME to the new online presence of our humble radio station! You will be pleased to know that following our Relocation from Scottsdale, Arizona to somewhere near Marotiri Island in the southern Pacific Ocean, our studio is back in action and our broadcast tower is pumping Waves of energy into the stratosphere and into your ears!
Of course, the Relocation of 1398-V6AX "THE WAVE!" is part of the plethora of changes that the station's new management has in store. It has also been decided that 1398-V6AX will now primarily broadcast popular and rock music, as opposed to the previous Christian pop music and Methodist lecture broadcasts. As our new programming manager has said, "there just isn't enough money for the Relocation AND stodgy old religious content. We need to reach the largest demographic as possible given our new location." And so it shall be.
However, listeners of our old content will be pleased to know that, as dictated by an unseen clause in the sales contract of this station, we will still be broadcasting the brief religious proverbs that our predecessor was well-known and admired for. Granted, these proverbs will now be non-denominational and may not make any sense, but we don't question them. Given their source, we recommend that you don't question them, either. Also, we will now be broadcasting brief strings of nonsensical numbers throughout the day. They have absolutely no meaning, but we are required to tell you, dear listeners, that memorizing them is a federal offense in the United States and uttering them aloud is grounds to be tried for treason.
Now that all the legal mumbo-jumbo is out of the way, sit back and relax as you listen to the new-and-improved Radio 1398-V6AX "THE WAVE!". Let the sensuous music envelop your soul and carry you away from all your worries and trepidation... By the way, be sure to tune to our new sister-stations, 5AA-5AZ83 ("BLAZIN' SANDS!") and ARC-0023 ("THE DEEP FREEZE!").

I'm back, y'alls
It's been a while.
The Chuck Yeager Plan AKA The Plan (?)
I'm an addict, an addict of excessive recreational electronics use. I play too many video games, archive-binge for web comics or sponge off of TvTropes or Wikipedia or stuff like that. I'll do this for hours at a time; although it actually used to be much worse, it's still not at all unusual for me to sit in front of the screen for up to eight or so hours at a time, swear off the Internet forever like some drunk with a massive hangover, and then proceed to get shit-faced again that same day or the next day. You might think, looking at the forums and my own journal entries here, that I'm kind of a one-note canary with this whole addiction thin
Completely addicted to everything
Guys, or anybody that inadvertently clicks on this, I am completely addicted to the internet. I often spend hours at time on it. I've spent two and a half days in a row awake and browsing randomly. I'd like to say that this has been fun at one point, but I can't really say when that point was. Now I spend time on here because I can't imagine doing anything else. The thought that literally follows whenever I think about getting away is "...And do what?"
There's a lot of stuff out there. There's reading or watching movies or growing something or playing a musical instrument or talking to other people, for Christ's sake. And I'm missing out on
Something More (And Hopefully Nothing Less)
Hey. This is "Blue" Kristi, here. Holy moley, has it really been six months already...?
You may have noticed that the output here has dropped dramatically in the past month or so. There's really no other explanation than that I just really haven't had the energy to focus on concentrated pieces of art. I think some of this has something to do with personal issues (diet, sleep, school, whatever), but some of it is that the initial thrill of writing stories and making pictures on one over-arching DeviantART account (I've got about five or six of them floating out there somewhere... Honestly, I've forgotten the names of all the rest of them...)
